Dedicated capacity

Your editor works as part of your team, not across a random queue of unrelated clients.

Pre-vetted talent

Portfolio, editing skills, communication and reliability are reviewed before placement.

White-label friendly

Built for agencies that need editors working behind their brand and inside their delivery process.

Replacement support

If the fit does not work, Cutcrew helps you replace the editor without rebuilding the process from zero.

The problem

You shouldn't have to recruit a new editor every time your agency grows.

More clients should create more revenue, not another hiring crisis.

PAIN 01

Freelancers hit capacity

The editor you trust is suddenly busy, unavailable, or prioritising another client.

PAIN 02

Hiring takes weeks

Job posts, portfolio reviews, interviews, tests, onboarding. Then you still do not know whether the hire will work.

PAIN 03

Changing editors kills consistency

Every replacement has to relearn your clients, style guides, feedback process and delivery standards.

PAIN 04

Delivery becomes the bottleneck

You can sell more work, but your production capacity cannot keep up.

Cutcrew gives you editing capacity you can add, integrate and scale without rebuilding your hiring process every time.
On your terms

The editor you need. On your schedule, in your tools, for your content.

We do not hand you whoever is free. We match the editor to the four things that decide whether a placement works.

01 · Your hours

Works when your team works

Timezone overlap agreed before placement: full overlap with CET, or a defined window with async handover.

CET 09:00 to 17:00UK hours4-hour overlap
02 · Your tools

Inside the stack you already run

Premiere, After Effects or Resolve; Frame.io for review; Slack, ClickUp or Notion for the queue. No new tools for your producers.

03 · Your content

Long-form YouTube, short-form, podcast multicam or performance ads. The profile is chosen for the work, not the other way round.

04 · Your brand

Invisible behind your agency

White-label by default: your naming conventions, your client folders, your style guides, your producers in front of the client.

The offer

A dedicated editor who works like part of your team.

This is not a per-video subscription. Your editor is assigned to your team, works inside your workflow, learns your clients, and handles recurring production as a long-term resource.

How it works

From capacity problem to working editor in four steps.

1

Tell us what you need

Share your content types, software, workload, timezone and required experience.

2

Meet matched editors

We identify suitable editors from the talent pipeline. Review relevant work and interview the candidate before starting.

3

Choose and onboard

Your selected editor is onboarded into your tools, clients, SOPs and style guides.

4

Work, review, scale

The editor works directly with your team. Need more capacity? Add seats. Not the right fit? Use the replacement process.

Vetting

We filter before you interview.

"Vetted" has to mean something. Every editor we propose has passed all five stages, and you see the results before the first call.

Built for agencies

Built for agencies, not just individual creators.

Your editor may need to work across multiple client brands, follow different style guides, communicate with producers, handle revisions, and stay invisible behind your agency brand. The staffing model is designed around that.

Start with one editor. Add more when your client load grows.

Replacement promise

A bad fit shouldn't send you back to day one.

Hiring risk is the biggest reason agencies hesitate to add remote talent. If a placement is not working, we diagnose the issue and, when a replacement is appropriate, move your account back into matching without another recruitment fee.

If your editor is not the right fit, we begin the replacement process at no additional recruitment fee.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the editor dedicated to our team?
Yes. The service is built around dedicated capacity rather than a shared per-project queue. Exact working hours and schedule are confirmed before placement.
Can we interview the editor before we start?
Yes. You review relevant work and speak with the recommended candidate before confirming the placement.
Can the editor work under our agency brand?
Yes. White-label agency workflows are the default. Client-access and communication rules are agreed during onboarding.
What tools can the editor use?
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive and similar. We match on the stack you already run.
How quickly can we start?
It depends on the role, seniority, style and available talent. After you submit requirements we confirm the expected matching timeline, usually within days, not weeks.
What happens if the editor is not a fit, or leaves?
We work with you to understand the issue and, where a replacement is appropriate, restart matching without a new recruitment fee. Continuity terms are written into the service agreement.
Is this the same as unlimited video editing?
No. This is dedicated staffing: one editor, a defined schedule, inside your team. Not a shared production queue with a request limit.
Who manages the editor day to day?
You manage daily creative priorities and tasks. Cutcrew supports placement, account health and staffing continuity.
Where are the editors located?
Remote international talent. The proposed editor's location and expected timezone overlap are disclosed before placement, never hidden.
How do payments and file ownership work?
You contract with Cutcrew's operating company and pay per the selected plan. Completed work and project files are yours under the service agreement, which defines IP and confidentiality.
Can we start with one editor and add more?
Yes, that's the main use case. Start with one seat and add editors as client volume grows. Three or more seats get custom agency pricing.
Do you offer a free trial?
Candidate matching and pre-start interviews are free. We don't offer free full-time labour; a paid trial period may be introduced later.

Stop rebuilding your editing team every time you grow.

Tell us what you need. We'll help you find a dedicated editor who can plug into your workflow and grow with your agency.
